Amit Dubey Absolutely amazing experience buying one of my favorite watches (vintage date just Rolex). I had mainly come to see the watch collection but got to interact with Carol who was so helpful and kind! Truly the experience you would want doing such purchases. In other places generally the sales people are either too pushy or get irked if you ask questions. It truly showed that she loved her job and is phenomenally good at it. The biggest reason I ended up buying was because of how impressed I was with her craft! Thanks a lot Carol! Looking forward to adding few more to my collection from you and the team

Nan Hong This is the worst Van Cleef store. Avoid at all cost. I had my bracelet resized there, it was resized wrong (by Lauren) and the store said I needed to pay to get it sized to my correct size. I would have to wait for the director to approve an appointment and “see” if they could accommodate to my correct size and if not I would have to pay out of pocket (for their mistake). Considering this store has limited appointments already, they continue to waste my time. Absolutely ridiculous for a $15k bracelet. I went to the Vegas store during a conference and they let me resize for free even though it was the Palo Alto store that made the mistake.

Alice, Kathryn, Bridget, and Nicole were all incredibly sweet, patient, and helpful. They walked me through different styles, answered my questions, and made thoughtful suggestions based on what I was looking for. Thanks to their help, I found a bag I’m genuinely happy with. Amazing customer service all around—thank you for making my first Coach purchase such a positive one!

Heather Rosmarin I highly recommend Mansoor Fine Jewelers in Palo Alto. They have a beautiful and unique selection at many price points, and they also provide excellent service for repairs. They can also create custom and replacement jewelry. For example, I lost a pearl drop earring once, and they recreated it perfectly from its paired earring. A bit of history: My mother discovered this store when it was called "Mansoor and Gore" and we were living in Palo Alto in the 1980s. Even after we moved away, we still drive over an hour to visit when we need something jewelry-related. Now my daughter is also a loyal customer. We like to combine a visit to Mansoor with lunch at one of the restaurants and cafes on Ramona St.

Steve Moonlight I purchased a wedding ring with my fiance. Wonderful selection of Italian designs. She is so pleased with her diamond ring. Its nice to be able to deal locally with a skilled and reputable jeweler.

We also looked at other watch brands like Omega (for my son) and discussed jewelry manufacturers like JB star and Kwiat the store offers. We have an anniversary coming up. Although we didnt buy anything today I will be returning to the store for future purchases.

Anne Carr Went here to purchase a gift for a friend getting baptized. They have beautiful gifts, and I found the perfect key chain as well as necklace. Tally helped us, and she gift wrapped them beautifully. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Also scored a bonus gift which I kept for myself!!! They offer a rewards program (and an amazing sale section), which was explained to me clearly, so I was able to take advantage of getting a bonus gift immediately.

siyi zhang I wanted an aubergine datejust one year ago when I got married, went to the Westfield location but they didn’t put me on waitlist. One year later when I passed by Rolex at standford shopping center, I thought I would try my luck again for my 1 year anniversary. Then I met this wonderful lady, Nina. She offered my excellent service in store and was able to put me on waitlist to get this watch. Magically, I only waited 2 weeks to get this piece, exactly what I’ve been wanting to get. Highly recommend to visit this boutique and find my lady, Nina. No more suffering from waiting : )

Earl Rose Yao was kind, courteous. However the price they offered me was way too low, and my piece was brand new, though 2.5 yrs old, and never worn. Ill now enjoy wearing it.

carlos villalobos I loved my experience. I didn’t have an appointment and just walked in to see some wedding band options. Genesis was available and took care of me. She was amazing. They didn’t have the ring I ultimately loved in stock, but Genesis showed me other similar options and sized me up. We got the ring ordered and I got it a week later!
