Mathilde Delcroix The staff is very kind, and the jewelry selection is beautiful. However, I went there to have two watches resized, and on one of them, they didn’t properly reattach the stem. As a result, the watch fell off my wrist 30 minutes later and is now scratched, even though I just received it for my birthday yesterday. I’m a bit disappointed, especially considering I paid $20 per watch for the resizing. :/

Dense R I just got my wedding rings back after having one re-plated with rhodium and the 2 bands welded together and they look beautiful, wonderful job. Also had my husbands band resized here and that was perfect as well. We hope to remain lifetime customers and upgrade in future years here. (Bands not purchased here but future ones will be as we love their selection and service)
