She’s enjoyed the personalized workout geared for the goals my daughter has with her fitness and nutrition. She’s helped with a meal plan that will work together with the workouts that is easy to follow. She feels comfortable there and has seen results and improvement in the short time she’s been working with Deidra. Would recommend SoFit nice location with easy access. They work with your schedule.
