The machines let me workout alone, and although Ive not hear the lunk alarm, grunts and shit are uncommon(I dont really care about grunts) the part that makes it cool is how respectful everyone is of each other. True stretch cage>Seated Row>Leg Press best feels there in that order

2 /5 Paco N Alex: The gym itself is nice, clean and well maintained. The reason for the 2 star is because the staff brought mcdonalds and set up a table right by the front desk. Eating fries while people are actively seeking to better their health is wild. Probably could be chalked up to good initiative but poor judgment. Just seemed very inconsiderate to do that right infront of the treadmills.

Integrated Tactics: The Toseville Blue Oaks 24hr Fitness has provided the best gym experience around. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The gym is cleaned constantly. I have never had a problem with finding equipment to use. My trainer, Marshawn, keeps my goals in mind when planning our training sessions. I appreciate all the do for the benefit of their members.

In-Shape Fitness - Roseville

Heather + Steve Ostrom: Tasha is awesome and so much of the In-Shape staff are amazing - this is my primary reason for a five-star review. The rest of the place is 3.5-4 stars. So be good to your workers, they really make you shine, ISF owners. I also think its a friendly crowd that comes to this gym. I like a lot of options sprinkled throughout to wipe down and clean machines. One of the must-haves in a gym is good A/C and being cooler - and this place fits the tab (but be warned oh sweet sweaty fools and perimenopausal women, the fans are off occasionally during their rehab going on right now. I dont recall that being disclosed when we signed up a short while ago). The variety of machines is nice - it varies from newer machines to machines that are possibly past their prime (but a lot of nice options for cardio machines, free weight zones, and regular machines - I dig it). My biggest complaint is In-Shape definitely need to expedite repair time on popular / higher-use machines. The front desk and the folks they hire is the main reason its five stars. In-Shape Fitness Roseville folks, I know this layout is temporary, but please have some women lean in on the layout of certain machines and where they are and what theyre facing (please).

Autumn Stephens: I am BEGGING you to clean your gym more often. I don’t even use this location anymore because it grosses me out so much. Switched to east sac gym which is a 20 min detour. They clean all day long. I waited months to post this review and even wanted to talk with the owner in person but I never see them. Nothing has changed in fact it’s gotten worse. Please please do a deep cleaning and then a daily clean. :(

dan walsh: I had a membership here about 18 years ago. I used to work just down the street so I joined up and had an interview with a trainer therapist. I started my exercise routine and within two weeks my waiste started to shrink. Then there was an issue with a "Member" in the stationary bike area, every bike was taken and this fellow moves in and turns all the fans off , I quit and never went back. I wish I had stayed on as it is much harder to lose weight now.

David Luty: This use to be a nice with quality equipment , let me tell you this place Is becoming trash all bike don’t work properly bathrooms always dirty and this means unhealthy. Lots of times I see empty paper towel and I can remember your Maintenance list to take care of this place have not seen him and sometime. I will search for a new membership as a new team facility due to improper and four quality equipment..

Miranda Smith: Love this gym! I told Brandon recently that he attracts the best people here. I have made such wonderful friends and I always feel loved and welcomed. Brandon challenges us in each brand new workout. Hes creative and fun and gets so much joy from our sweat. LOL! I love to workout hard and am able to achieve my goals. He also shows us ways to modify the exercises to accommodate injuries or fitness levels. Ive been going to All the Way Fit for 3 1/2 years and have felt amazing! Thank you Brandon for all you do!

Villa Sport Athletic Club - Roseville

Nadejda Voronina, DDS: My review: The gym recently changed the lighting in the workout area from classic white light to a multi-color setup (orange, yellow, blue). This lighting is extremely bright and causes migraines, tearing, and disorientation, especially due to the reflection from the floor. I tried to communicate my concerns to the staff, but their response was that this lighting is permanent. At this point, I am planning to cancel my membership.

Arthur T: What an awesome spot in the Roseville area! I was visiting a friend in Sacramento, and decided to get a workout together on a Sunday morning. She took me to her gym at Positive Impact! There were a few folks there in the morning. Someone was also cleaning the gym too. She was really doing a great job cleaning EVERYTHING. Kudos to her. First off, vibes are immaculate. Purple is one of my favorite colors, so when the lights turn on, it is an awesome setting to be in. High ceilings and a wide array of equipment. Treadmills, assault bikes, box jumps, free weights, barbells, mats, and more. The punchbag set up seem super interesting to me, so definitely interested in seeing them used in action. Classes are available too. I hope timing works out that next time Im in the area, I can try a class out! A quick glance on their website, looks like they have a free "60-min Body Transformation Game Plan Session" (50 available) as of Mar23. Definitely a great way to get your foot in the door to see if this spot is for you. Two bathrooms and water fountain available on site. Easy parking in the plaza, which is also a plus. Shoutout to Jenny and Joleen, an awesome mother + daughter combo, for creating this establishment and safe space for folks to improve their lifestyles! Follow the adventure @shoyuthebest on IG!

Bia: Ive been going to Caseys for years and hes been great. In my early days, he would push me harder than I thought was possible. I learned I can take much more than I thought. I even had made it through a Spartan bootcamp, which as someone whos been overweight all my life, thought Id never do. There was a period of a few years where I stopped working out due to some serious health issues that prevented me from doing so. But now that my condition has stabilized, he is working with me to still push but within my very limited physical abilities. As someone who has worked with him in my best physical health and some of my worst, Casey has always encouraged and pushed me to do my best. Im very grateful for everything hes helped me to achieve.
