2 /5 Autumn Stephens: I am BEGGING you to clean your gym more often. I don’t even use this location anymore because it grosses me out so much. Switched to east sac gym which is a 20 min detour. They clean all day long. I waited months to post this review and even wanted to talk with the owner in person but I never see them. Nothing has changed in fact it’s gotten worse. Please please do a deep cleaning and then a daily clean. :(

5 /5 T Kimmell: I came in to do a tour after checking out some other local gyms and was impressed with the layout and management. Cameron is very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and involved in the day-to-day operations. I signed up for 1:1 training and haven’t regretted it. I feel as though my fitness goals are being met and Cameron is always quick to push and challenge me to do things I didn’t think I could. When I come in my own, the gym is always quiet (for a gym) and well maintained. I don’t like oversized and overcrowded gyms, so the smaller scale of this location is perfect for me.

5 /5 Melody Monroe: I love this gym. The owner and my personal trainer are both so easy to work with and take pride in their business. I love the energy at this gym and feel very comfortable at this location. Its small but has everything you need to get a good workout in. I love the location and all the clientele seem chill. I highly recommend this gym if you like a quaint atmosphere and dont need the big gym busy type of energy.

1 /5 Myra P: Spoke to the owner and he caught an attitude after a simple question. He is very rude and entitled, bragging about owning a gym that about 6 people in the whole city use…please. Like the other reviews say, this gym is always filthy and it seems owners are not aware of sanitary practices.

5 /5 Ed: I am currently taking 1 on 1 fitness training with Cameron. I really like his attention to detail and encouragement. It is obvious that helping others succeed is very important to him. I am looking forward to attaining better fitness health, and I truly believe that Cameron is the right person to help me achieve this.

Nadejda Voronina, DDS: My review: The gym recently changed the lighting in the workout area from classic white light to a multi-color setup (orange, yellow, blue). This lighting is extremely bright and causes migraines, tearing, and disorientation, especially due to the reflection from the floor. I tried to communicate my concerns to the staff, but their response was that this lighting is permanent. At this point, I am planning to cancel my membership.

Arthur T: What an awesome spot in the Roseville area! I was visiting a friend in Sacramento, and decided to get a workout together on a Sunday morning. She took me to her gym at Positive Impact! There were a few folks there in the morning. Someone was also cleaning the gym too. She was really doing a great job cleaning EVERYTHING. Kudos to her. First off, vibes are immaculate. Purple is one of my favorite colors, so when the lights turn on, it is an awesome setting to be in. High ceilings and a wide array of equipment. Treadmills, assault bikes, box jumps, free weights, barbells, mats, and more. The punchbag set up seem super interesting to me, so definitely interested in seeing them used in action. Classes are available too. I hope timing works out that next time Im in the area, I can try a class out! A quick glance on their website, looks like they have a free "60-min Body Transformation Game Plan Session" (50 available) as of Mar23. Definitely a great way to get your foot in the door to see if this spot is for you. Two bathrooms and water fountain available on site. Easy parking in the plaza, which is also a plus. Shoutout to Jenny and Joleen, an awesome mother + daughter combo, for creating this establishment and safe space for folks to improve their lifestyles! Follow the adventure @shoyuthebest on IG!

Bia: Ive been going to Caseys for years and hes been great. In my early days, he would push me harder than I thought was possible. I learned I can take much more than I thought. I even had made it through a Spartan bootcamp, which as someone whos been overweight all my life, thought Id never do. There was a period of a few years where I stopped working out due to some serious health issues that prevented me from doing so. But now that my condition has stabilized, he is working with me to still push but within my very limited physical abilities. As someone who has worked with him in my best physical health and some of my worst, Casey has always encouraged and pushed me to do my best. Im very grateful for everything hes helped me to achieve.

They treat you like people and genuinely care about you making your life better. They’ve been super welcoming and helpful from the beginning…which is really helpful for me as a Roseville transplant who knows no one and I’m not super social unless approached. The coaches made it really easy for me to want to come back for the connection and the community. The killer workouts are just a bonus for me

Deborah Levin: Kaia FIT is truly THE most fantabulous fitness program I have ever been a part of. All of the coaches are amazing, compassionate, inspirational and knowledgeable. They are the most caring group of women I have ever had the opportunity to get to know. The workouts never get boring – they are always different, fun and challenging. Everyone at Kaia is so friendly and motivating – we all want each other to succeed. They are my Kaia Tribe . Coach Monica even is helping me become a morning workout gal by holding me accountable to committing to my 6am classes – She’s the best human alarm clock EVER! Happy hour used to be having 6pm cocktails…Now, my Happiest Hour is spent at Kaia with my Girl Tribe.

Dana Garcia: I love training here, the people, the energy and the support is amazing ! Everyone is encouraging, non-intimidating and easy to speak to. The trainers are really nice and helpful, they are always pushing you to do your best , constantly watching for form and giving you feedback, and will offer modifications when needed. The workouts are great, will definitely make you sweat. Everyday is a new training, so it never gets boring. I highly recommend to try a class out !
