I gave them my taxes in January and in April got a call from a temp that they hired that said that she was working from home in Elk Grove. My taxes were barely completed on time and not done anywhere near as well as before. I ended having a significant payout and discontinued my relationship the following tax year

    Nicole Obie: I needed a loan immediately! I requested $500. Not a big amount, just what was needed. Read their frequently asked questions and their answers. They claim to be non-discriminatory, however, after I input all of my personal information and hit submit, I was denied and some message about try another lender came up. What?! You cant apply over the phone either. Back to this loan....I bring home a good income and could have easily repaid the loan. A good and fair loan company would have approved you for a lesser amount PERIOD!!! Terrible company to get your personal information and add an extra inquiry which is negative on my credit report. One day I will have a business to actually help people and I will not need your credit or personal info other than your need! FACTS!!

    Marilyn Underwood: Website is impossible to navigate. They say you will get an email to complete registration and sign up for classes. You get nothing. Website says open until 6 pm. Get there at 5:30 and theyre closed. Staff is rude, and doesnt answer questions or help at all. Been trying to sign up for a class for 2 weeks and now have to fill out a form. This campus is a joke!!!!

    Trevor Guide: Was told they could cash savings bonds for non customers over the phone. Drove down to branch and they said they could not for non customers. Waste of gas and time. They said they tried to call back and they didn’t. Would not do business at a bank that gives misinformation.

    Gail DeLane: Sarah Anzano was so kind and wonderful. I didnt have an appointment and she generously helped me. Shes a branch manager so certainly she didnt have to do this. She not only opened my account, she made sure the credit union app was properly installed on my phone and showed me how to use it. And the next time I came into the branch she even remembered my first name. Great service and care for the community. Thank you Sarah!
