Marilyn Underwood: Website is impossible to navigate. They say you will get an email to complete registration and sign up for classes. You get nothing. Website says open until 6 pm. Get there at 5:30 and theyre closed. Staff is rude, and doesnt answer questions or help at all. Been trying to sign up for a class for 2 weeks and now have to fill out a form. This campus is a joke!!!!

Trevor Guide: Was told they could cash savings bonds for non customers over the phone. Drove down to branch and they said they could not for non customers. Waste of gas and time. They said they tried to call back and they didn’t. Would not do business at a bank that gives misinformation.

Gail DeLane: Sarah Anzano was so kind and wonderful. I didnt have an appointment and she generously helped me. Shes a branch manager so certainly she didnt have to do this. She not only opened my account, she made sure the credit union app was properly installed on my phone and showed me how to use it. And the next time I came into the branch she even remembered my first name. Great service and care for the community. Thank you Sarah!

Joel Garrett: So I noticed a minimum balance fee of 3 dollars, I guess if you do not have enough money it costs you more money. Update they credited my share account for when they have to charge me any fees in the future, which is a strange attempt to make me feel some type of way about the fee in the first place. I dont think ANY bank should be allowed to take your money because you dont have enough according to the bank. I asked what specific verbage is in my contact that allows this, but I dont have that answer yet.

Matthew Redmon: To sum it up shortly and quickly my experience with Adventist health thus far, including my previous experience with a procedure checking for stance has been by far. The best medical experiences I’ve encountered.. Top notch from head to toe. Nurses all very attentive, friendly and professional. The doctors communicate very well and performed. Excellent work. I can’t think of one negative thing to say. I’m very happy have Adventist health as my medical provider. They’re definitely on the cutting edge of the industry.

I would recommend her services to anyone.

Wells Fargo Bank - Clearlake

FishingWithBigBaitBailey: Was told by a supervisor at corporate to head on down to the Clearlake branch to have the manager remove a hold that was placed on a check.45 minutes each way and 3 hours on the phone that morning. Manager at the Clearlake branch tells me she does not have the authority to remove the hold. They have told me 4 different reasons why they can not remove the hold and none of them are true according to corporate. Avoid this bank at all costs. A 10 day hold on a check is unheard of and will never happen again as I will be closing all 5 of my Wells accounts including my Amex account thru them. Do not use Wells Fargo period. Especially this branch and their horrible management.
