5 /5 Gail DeLane: Sarah Anzano was so kind and wonderful. I didnt have an appointment and she generously helped me. Shes a branch manager so certainly she didnt have to do this. She not only opened my account, she made sure the credit union app was properly installed on my phone and showed me how to use it. And the next time I came into the branch she even remembered my first name. Great service and care for the community. Thank you Sarah!

5 /5 Paula McGinnis: Community First Credit Union is truly a local bank. As a senior in this little town of Clear Lake, we are easy targets. Our local branch manager Sarah, took the time out of a busy day to help me with an account transaction that had been fraudulently set up. I truly appreciate the personal customer service available each and every time you walk into our local branch. It is great to know people by their first name and feel like they are all a part of your family. I am blessed.

1 /5 Hannig D. “Dutch”: What in the world is going on in Clearlake. I go in about 4PM to open a CD. When I get to the window I explain myself and present a Cashiers Check made out to me. The Lady, a bit of a condescending voice says "Can I see your Debit Card?" Debit card? I explain I dont have a Debit Card. After accepting my I.D. she says "Please have a seat in the Lobby." I have to ask "What lobby?" She points. The lobby is a loveseat at the end of the counter facing the wall. Its uncomfortable. After a short time a Lady walked up behind me (not around in front to get my attention) and in a loud abusive voice "Are You May Appointment?" I was so put aback I returned in a mimic of her voice "No I Am Not!" After explaining myself again she took me into her office. Eventually I was able to open the CD, get some cash and put the balance into savings. But having been asked "Did I give you your receipt?" I had to so "nothing, you have given me nothing." When we were finished I notice that there was a hold on the monies deposited on Savings. I didnt care, but this was a Cashiers Check from another bank. "It was just policy." The whole experience was just rude. Personal Service just wasnt there that day.

5 /5 Ryan C: Ive been a member of Community First Credit Union in Clearlake for several years now. Their staff is always very friendly and ready to help in any way. Sarah, the branch manager is awesome! Whenever I have questions or need help with something, she gets to it asap, and is quick to respond. Oh and they have some of the best rates on the market! Best place to get a loan. Highly recommend!!

FishingWithBigBaitBailey: Was told by a supervisor at corporate to head on down to the Clearlake branch to have the manager remove a hold that was placed on a check.45 minutes each way and 3 hours on the phone that morning. Manager at the Clearlake branch tells me she does not have the authority to remove the hold. They have told me 4 different reasons why they can not remove the hold and none of them are true according to corporate. Avoid this bank at all costs. A 10 day hold on a check is unheard of and will never happen again as I will be closing all 5 of my Wells accounts including my Amex account thru them. Do not use Wells Fargo period. Especially this branch and their horrible management.

genesis perez: Negative stars, absoulte WORST service entirely. Social worker Connor Giddings never answers but had time to update his voicemail to say the days hed be out for the holidays then changed it back to his original voicemail but still cant call back or even answer once. Its been almost 3 months since weve been in progress for benefits and still nothing. Dont pick a SOCIAL SERVICE job if you want nothing to do with social and communication. Absolutely pathetic these "workers" are, they dont even work or do their job.
