1 /5 Trevor Guide: Was told they could cash savings bonds for non customers over the phone. Drove down to branch and they said they could not for non customers. Waste of gas and time. They said they tried to call back and they didn’t. Would not do business at a bank that gives misinformation.

1 /5 Geoffrey Pratt: An ok bank but make sure you read the fine print. Not sure exactly how much money theyve taken from me for service charges but its quite a bit. They not only gave over 600$ of my FAFSA payments to some collection agency but they charged me $150 dollars for their "legal services". Then when I had to drive all the way to Calistoga just to get the rest of my money out, they refused to close my account. And surprise, surprise. Theyre now charging me service fees after canceled my debit card and refused to let me close my account. Might as well go to Wells Fargo and get screwed by a national chain bank.

1 /5 ROB D: Worst experience. Closed my account a month ago and get a mystery email of overdrawn account from BMO! Seems the account I closed in person inside the branch was still active a month later and allowed to charge a “reoccurring” charge. Turns out the teller didn’t completely close my account but rather left it to be closed for zero balance after 45 days. An hour into a phone call with customer service and we still haven’t gotten it figured out.

1 /5 Annette Crouse: My experience was horrible! They bent me over several times with their application and stupid id verification and then declined me due to my credit they said. Theres nothing wrong with my credit, And if there was I could handle that but I couldnt handle was the 20 30 times they had me take my selfie and picture of my ID and then turned around and freaking declined me. Heres food for thought do the application check the persons credit before making them jump through hoops further just stupid.

FishingWithBigBaitBailey: Was told by a supervisor at corporate to head on down to the Clearlake branch to have the manager remove a hold that was placed on a check.45 minutes each way and 3 hours on the phone that morning. Manager at the Clearlake branch tells me she does not have the authority to remove the hold. They have told me 4 different reasons why they can not remove the hold and none of them are true according to corporate. Avoid this bank at all costs. A 10 day hold on a check is unheard of and will never happen again as I will be closing all 5 of my Wells accounts including my Amex account thru them. Do not use Wells Fargo period. Especially this branch and their horrible management.

genesis perez: Negative stars, absoulte WORST service entirely. Social worker Connor Giddings never answers but had time to update his voicemail to say the days hed be out for the holidays then changed it back to his original voicemail but still cant call back or even answer once. Its been almost 3 months since weve been in progress for benefits and still nothing. Dont pick a SOCIAL SERVICE job if you want nothing to do with social and communication. Absolutely pathetic these "workers" are, they dont even work or do their job.
