5 /5 peter cohen: 32 years ago my wife, 7 months pregnant at the time came in to R. Zach looking for a wedding ring ( yes we were living in sin). She found a beautiful vintage ring and wanted to see if I would like it. Zach said take it home and show him- didn’t ask for any security or credit card. Since then we have been doing business there on special Occasions, holidays/ to buy jewelry, watches , guitars etc. They do even the smallest repairs as a service to their customers and stand behind their work. They used to have a T- shirt that said “ it’s like having an uncle in the jewelry business” I wish t- shirts lasted 32 years- I need another one.

5 /5 Evan Suber: Last summer I decided to go with Zach and Lori to create my engagement ring. We hand-selected and crafted a beautiful big ring together. It started in late August and by early October I proposed so the process was easy and they were perfectly hands on and reassuring throughout the process. They’re incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful people. Family run business! They even gave us free rubber coils for my fiance to put on her ring (and offered resizing) since she’s lost so much weight since the proposal. I’m going there soon to craft her wedding band. The best jewelers in LA!

1 /5 Nikki Karamooz: I took my necklace in for a simple repair—just needed the chain reattached. Unfortunately, they did it incorrectly, and when I pointed it out, they refused to fix their mistake. Instead, they still charged me for a repair that wasn’t done properly. Rather than taking responsibility, they blamed me for their own poor workmanship. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest business practices. I would not recommend this place—take your jewelry elsewhere to avoid the hassle.
