1 /5 Michael Margolis: Rude, dismal customer service. Our second time back in a month was worse than the first. Went in with a serious intention to make a purchase; and we left because Jasmine was rude and condescending after the price on the same stone went up 30% in one month.

5 /5 Zav: Late review, but Allison B. had been very helpful in showing me the most affordable engagement ring options. After selecting the least-expensive, high-quality ring, I was content with it. My fiancé loved it and we’re one step ready for the next chapter of our lives. I would give Allison a thousand stars but Google only lets me choose five as the highest. Thank you once again! I appreciate it.
