Then she followed up via email a few days later to make sure I was happy with my new purchase. You don’t see that level of care in customer service these days and it made the experience that much better.

1 /5 Nathan Rawson: Paid for something online with expedited delivery because I needed it soon for an upcoming event. 3 days later I call to check whats happening with my order and they tell me its marked as a possible fraudulent purchase. They then tell me theres nothing they can do but leave it to management. They had absolutely no problem taking the money. Its now a week later and they arent responding to emails or returning my money. Why you just wouldnt ask for a form of ID or just have not allowed the transaction in the first place if you thought it was fraud I dont know. Absolute scam of a company, would avoid at all cost.
