Christina promptly attended to my repair (removing the beads to re-size the bands). I also inquired about whether it needed a deep clean and replating the white gold. she took a look at my rings and gave me honest feedback on the service that needed to be done. Not only that but the jeweler on site was able to complete the repair while I waited. They were also able to assist with a necklace that I purchased elsewhere needing a small repair. Although Christina was in an appointment, she treated me with patience and respect and didn’t rush me with my questions which will absolutely keep me as a repeat customer. H P GO TO A PLACE WITH BETTER SERVICE. I went to get my watch strap adjusted, and he charged $30 for it—ridiculous. On top of that, he couldn’t even give proper sizing advice. He miscalculated my wrist size, and when I asked for an adjustment, he just kept grumbling and demanding more money. So I told him, “Isn’t it your fault for not checking the size properly?” and out of nowhere, HE THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE ON ME. So I asked, “What exactly did I do to you?” and he couldn’t even answer—because I did nothing wrong. Over what? Just adjusting a watch strap? What a crazy old man. Absolutely ridiculous experience.
