We were really impressed with the product. What impressed us more is their customer service. We thought we had to resize the ring and contacted their customer service department. Zack replied swiftly with detail explanations of exchange process and are so willing to work with us for in person exchange. All in all, we would highly recommend this company and their products, and will be purchasing more in the future.

I’ve purchased a ring and the size was too small for me so I returned it for another size. Unfortunately the shipping carrier I sent my ring out with had tampered with my item before it was delivered back to its destination. Zack and his team was quick to resolve the situation and sent me a new one. Quality on the ring is really nice and for a great price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who’s looking to purchase a ring.
