I happen to be a pearl collector and Ive yet found another group who could restring pearls as well as they do or teach me how to take care of them. Their other repair services are recommended as well. I just love The Jewelry Box.

I needed a repair to my daughter’s absolute favorite bracelet and after a quick trip to the back, they were able to repair the bracelet good as new. When I asked for the cost, they said there was none. Can’t remember the last time that I had such a great customer service experience. I need some work done on my wedding ring and will definitely be coming here for that. Thanks again for a great experience.

1 /5 Amy Pollard: I don’t recommend this business. I brought in my engagement ring, wedding ring, and two Tiffany pieces to price for resale. Their offer came back shockingly lower than I expected and found in my own research. The woman we worked with was absolutely lovely, but you can tell this place is run by miserly owners looking to buy on the cheap, so they can sell at a much higher profit. I will be going elsewhere for any sort of jewelry resale.

5 /5 Karen Ludlum: I just had a wonderful experience at the Jewelry Box having an old ring of mine reset in a new setting. After explaining what I was looking for they found the perfect setting in minutes! The setting was not only beautiful and affordable, the knowledge of the staff was excellent. Although they no longer have a retail store they have been part of the community for decades, and have a loyal following because of their honest and exceptional work. Can not recommend them highly enough.
