5 /5 Dee Sanchez: This is the best eyebrow threading shop in this town I’ve tried so many over the years and when I first sat down in that chair I never left every two weeks or one I’m in there I send everyone I know here . She’s kind friendly she doesn’t hurt you she listens to your dream eyebrows she can thin or even just touch up she can do it all the customer service is wonderful and did I mention the punch cards that earn you a free threading. That’s a plus definitely recommend her

1 /5 Rabia Ahmed: Used to be really good until they started hiring new people. I have tiny cuts all over my face from how hard the lady threaded. She messed up my eyebrows by making them too thin and uneven, when i commented on it she blamed that my eyebrows were already uneven! I can assure you they were not. She then commented rudely that I have messed up skin and asked if I get facials done which I replied I didn’t and asked if she had any suggestion and she replied that she didn’t. My question is why are you commenting on my skin if you have no suggestions to help it, I didn’t ask for your opinion. She was hurting me so much that I told her hold on a minute I’m in pain but she didn’t stop. Please don’t go here if you want to get threading done, it’s not worth it there are tons of good and more cheaper places in Yuba City for threading I would suggest going there.

1 /5 Suman: Terrible job, she butchered my eyebrows. Brought it to the owners attention and she didn’t even acknowledge it. Go to Davinder’s eyebrow threading instead. She’s the best in town ♥️

Sunny Sunshine: I went in today 6-7-25 for a return of 2 clearance sweaters that had one hole in armpit and hole in front when I bought them. I finally got time to go in today return them within the 60 day policy and was treated poorly and denied return with valid receipt and my card I used for purchase. The manager Shivani was absolutely so rude. She tried showing me a policy on counter saying that no tags=no return but it didn’t say it. Also looked at my receipt and it didn’t say it either. The item could still be matched to receipt plus it’s the only place that sold the brand. Then she said I “chose those sweaters” “how do I know you got them from here” . I work in customer service for 12 years and I have never been treated this way. If you can’t handle customers then you should’ve be in customer service. I will be reaching out as high as I can reach till this issue is resolved. I honestly would’ve even been fine with exchange for same sweaters. The treatment from her was absolutely horrible. Do yourselves a favor and don’t support this location.

Emily Hodges: I love coming into Claire’s in the Yuba Sutter Mall, they have the cutest accessories for great deals and the customer service is SO nice. The Store Manager is so sweet every time I come in, as well as the Assistant Managers, Maria and Anastaysia, they are always greeting with big smiles and always help to find what I’m looking for. I come by the store just to get some of their sunshine, they’re always so nice and positive. I was sad to hear a mother got upset at the managers for the act of her kids misbehaving, management is doing their jobs and protecting their store from items leaving without purchase. But I will always be returning to Claire’s, even just to say hi and brighten my day. I APPRECIATE THEM SO SO MUCH!

Shane Lareau: First off they are liars. I called them and told them what i wanted to bring in and informed them on the phone that it had flat tires. They told me to bring it in and they would look at it as soon as we sterted talking i was told by the same guy i talked to on the phone that with flat tires they would not even look at it. Then when i said i wanted to sell it they were not interested so i asked about pawning it and wad told since i wanted to sell it they would not consider pawning it. All and all i would give 0 stars if i could for a business of flat out liars.

Before on left, after on right. Doesnt match grooms ring anymore. He offered to fix when I picked it up, but why not pick up the phone & communicate that the finishes got damaged? I was finally told to "take it to a better jeweler if I can find one". I will do just that.
