Names are thrown out and reasons why a loan should be approve was also being debate in front of other customers. Very disrespectful, rude, and when you walk in, everyone is doing their own thing. E E.Q: Went today to make a car payment @ 9:32 am 1/24/25 teller a med built lady teller on teller #2901 gave me an attitude about my bills being bent on the corners saying the machine wont read them if they’re bent & I had just came from my primary bank down the street & withdrew the amount the bills and they were Not Old bills or messy but Very neat new Bills besides couple of them be folded on tiny corners & the lady teller with med brown straight hair had THAT type of conversation with me…NOT a Hi how are you thank you for coming in what are my plans for my day or weekend I nothing like the NICE Man teller would have whenever I would go there & He was sitting next to her WISH I Had Walked TO Him!!! He is Very Friendly & Has nice friendly conversations. So IF I need to go to that one I will Tell HER I Prefer to wait for that guy & He will be worth the wait! She acts like she don’t like working!!! Very Rude! Condescending remarks

I called just to get my own tax documents emailed to me — literally a 10-second task — and they said they’re gonna charge $25 just to send an email. This ain’t customer service — this is straight-up scamming in broad daylight. Imagine paying someone $25 to press “attach” and “send” on Gmail. These people are taking advantage of folks who trusted them with sensitive info. That’s dirty as hell. If you value your money and respect, stay away from SMS Services. Never going back and I’ll make sure everyone I know avoids this scam shop too.

I am opening an account with members first in Anderson just so I don’t have to deal with them for my rent collections Amelia and Melanie are miserable people who I think should find a new job or retire.
