1 /5 Dynatrax 559: What kind of bullshit service is this? I called just to get my own tax documents emailed to me — literally a 10-second task — and they said they’re gonna charge $25 just to send an email. This ain’t customer service — this is straight-up scamming in broad daylight. Imagine paying someone $25 to press “attach” and “send” on Gmail. These people are taking advantage of folks who trusted them with sensitive info. That’s dirty as hell. If you value your money and respect, stay away from SMS Services. Never going back and I’ll make sure everyone I know avoids this scam shop too.

1 /5 Sagar Sakra: I called them can you send my last year Tax file PDF. then she asked me pay 25 $ for it when I’m refuse to pay because I’m filing every year tax with them and pay for it so why you guys charged me for a tax file PDF then she said we don’t care about that if you need PDF so give us best review and send us a screenshot then we think about it ,totally rude. please guys Nobody take a service from this kind of beggars. Thank you.

1 /5 SAHIL SINGH: I called the office to file my tax last year for 2023 filing nd I have provided them all of required information but they told me that you’re in line to get filed your tax and they wasted my almost 8 months I never received call from them. They are such an unprofessional people if you will give them call. They will respond with same answer sir will give you, sir will give you call but there is no call from them if you can’t handle work why take so many people tax filling responsibilities. Hire more staff pls this burden is ruining people life
