1 /5 Nim Xiong: Very bad service, owner (s) father and daughter debate about a loan in front of other customers. Everything is confidential. Names are thrown out and reasons why a loan should be approve was also being debate in front of other customers. Very disrespectful, rude, and when you walk in, everyone is doing their own thing. Not very welcoming and not even greeting ignoring you till minutes later. Seen and heard that they will call your own references and mention your reasons why you are needing the loan....Very bad customer service.

1 /5 Linda Chang: This place is racist. They give you loans for things that they feel you should get, like a Toyota or Honda but if you tell them youre buying a Chevy or a Ford theyll deny your loan even if you were already pre-qualified by the owner.

I called just to get my own tax documents emailed to me — literally a 10-second task — and they said they’re gonna charge $25 just to send an email. This ain’t customer service — this is straight-up scamming in broad daylight. Imagine paying someone $25 to press “attach” and “send” on Gmail. These people are taking advantage of folks who trusted them with sensitive info. That’s dirty as hell. If you value your money and respect, stay away from SMS Services. Never going back and I’ll make sure everyone I know avoids this scam shop too.

P S: We were told to see the counter person today about 1215. We waited as the female associate told us to have a seat and wait. We waited off to the side. After she was done with the person in front of us, she skips over us completely and takes the person that arrived after us. We had questions that the teller couldnt answer in the first place in which we were patiently waiting. We are greatly disappointed in Bank of America. We were considering moving my moms numerous assets over to B of A, but after todays experience we think not.
