1 /5 E E.Q: Went today to make a car payment @ 9:32 am 1/24/25 teller a med built lady teller on teller #2901 gave me an attitude about my bills being bent on the corners saying the machine wont read them if they’re bent & I had just came from my primary bank down the street & withdrew the amount the bills and they were Not Old bills or messy but Very neat new Bills besides couple of them be folded on tiny corners & the lady teller with med brown straight hair had THAT type of conversation with me…NOT a Hi how are you thank you for coming in what are my plans for my day or weekend I nothing like the NICE Man teller would have whenever I would go there & He was sitting next to her WISH I Had Walked TO Him!!! He is Very Friendly & Has nice friendly conversations. So IF I need to go to that one I will Tell HER I Prefer to wait for that guy & He will be worth the wait! She acts like she don’t like working!!! Very Rude! Condescending remarks

5 /5 Chris: Went in today to look at their loan offerings. They are very competitive, friendly staff, and have some unique product offerings. Lindsay is very helpful and knowledgeable. No sales tactics, shes straight and to the point and will be honest if they can beat another rate or not if you have a competing loan offer.

4 /5 Shoshannah Smith: I came into PSCU last week and was greeted by Monique who was very personable. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions regarding opening an account. However, I have to say that the country music playing in the background was a little irritating. What the bank manager should realize is that not everyone living in Clovis likes country music. That being said, I will probably check out the Fresno location next.
