The only reason I am not deleting my initial review is to show what the initial issue was and how Milestone went above and beyond to make it right! I was presented with options to make up for the initial issue which resulted in a bad rash due to the rhodium coating on the chain I purchased. It turns out that rhodium has nickel in it and my son is allergic to nickel.
Milestone management offered to order a 100% sterling silver chain for me and it has not caused any rash on my sons neck. We are very grateful to Milestone for such exemplary service and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a jeweler who cares about the customer experience. Thank you Milestone!

I purchased a chain for a birthday gift on 6/27/2024. The cost was $1200 plus $135 for a guarantee and we were assured that the chain was Sterling Silver and hypoallergenic, etc.
It caused a Horrible Rash which required medication! Just to make sure it wasnt something else that caused the rash, the necklace was worn again after the rash healed AND the same results occurred.....RASH!!!
The store was closed when I tried to contact them and I cant wait until they open tomorrow so I can take said necklace in there with the expectation that they will do the right thing.
This is ridiculous and they should not mislead customers! I am also now convinced that they know the jewelry is not as promised since they have a "No Return" policy. I have purchased from them in the past without issue but I will no longer be a customer after this incident.
