Paul Waters Had an excellent shopping experience today at the Arden Kay Jewelers. Rifi and Heather were so pleasant and easy going. No hard sell, no gimmicks,. So patient with us despite having a long line of folks waiting to be served. This was the first store we looked at while shopping for an engagement ring. We visited four more stores but I ended up returning to Kay’s to purchase the ring. A store I know will be around when I need it and most likely wherever I need it. Great product, fair price and a very solid warranty made me very comfortable with this purchase. Products aside the staffing here made the experience better than the rest.

Brian Ellis Larry Stark was extremely easy to work with, knowledgeable, and created the perfect engagement ring to give my fiancée. When I started shopping for an engagement ring, I attempted to find the closest approximation of the ideal ring at the big jewelry chains. The sales people I worked with were not very knowledgeable and were more interested in making a sale than making sure the ring was right. I decided to contact Larry and request a consult and quote on a ring. Larry set aside time to discuss the ring in detail, and provided design suggestions to make sure the ring would look great and stand up to everyday wear. He had no reservation about working with lab grown diamonds, and provided a very reasonable price and timeline. Larry contacted me regularly with updates, and was discrete to make sure my fiancée didn’t find out early. The ring turned out better than I had planned, and the craftsmanship is noticeable in all of the small details. After the proposal, we noticed the ring was sitting a little tight the next day. We took it into Larry, and he had it resized and back on her hand in the same day. It meant so much to both of us.

Char Char This place is a well trusted jewelry store! I had a misunderstanding concern about my 24k gold ring. The owner (wife) who sold me the ring and also helped me with my concerns with such a great attitude and no hesitation, was super nice about my concerns, even offer me to exchange if I like. Nonetheless, I found my go to jewelry store, price may varies. Can’t beat the customer service here compare to other jewelry store and this proves the quality of her gold that she stands by on.

Kbabey Fisher I got a ring resized and it faded and I been having it for a while then on top of that I got some 300 $ earrings and one faded and she argued me down like I did it then they had a ring on layaway for me and when I got it a diamond was missing from my ring

Once I came to pick up the necklace, it looked as if it was brand new and nothing even happened to it. I wish I had a picture of what it looked like before to show what a difference there is. J M Mixed thoughts. This review is specifically for repairs and work done on existing jewelry. I have to say first that the shop is lovely, the staff are great. Weve bought items here before and thought they were of high quality, and theyve lasted for years. Its the first place I thought of when I needed a repair done, which was probably my mistake. To start with, they didnt weigh the item I brought in, which for a gold piece is extremely strange and immediately had me curious. Then they appraised the item at about $1.2k higher than its actual worth. I went with it to see what the repair would come to. They had to send the piece off site to have it done, which was also a little strange given how simple the repair was, but okay. The price they quoted ended up being about the value of the entire item if it was bought new today. That said, the repair work was prompt (for being sent off site) and high quality. Again, Ive always loved this shop so Im divided on whether it was a racket or a mistake on their part. Im glad I went through the process once to see what it would be like, but I definitely wont be doing it again. And if Im honest, we probably wont be buying anything else after that. It left a bad taste. Check it out if youre buying an original piece because they have some really cool stuff--but double check them on quotes and definitely dont use them for repairs. Solid service and product otherwise. If youre on a budget, its a no all around.
