On Monday I called back and the same guy told me that its only by appointment and hanged up! So I called him right back to make an appointment but, no one answered Very unprofessional and unethical! They are open about their pricing, even if they arent the cheapest in town. They dont push items, but rather work within my budget. I cant say Ive received this level of service at any other local jeweler. I cant speak for others who feel that their experiences were less than great, but do give this business a shot.
