I always check the price of gold before I buy 24k Thai Bhat, they were honest and even helped me pick out a gift for my son. They provide the proper paper work for insurance purposes and if I could give them 10 stars I would. They cater to a multi-cultural clientele and totally understand what I was looking for. We happened into this store just to browse and get inspiration, but she happened to fall in love with a unique ring in the case, so we bought it on the spot. It was very affordable and pretty, but the customer service was what really sold it for us. James was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. We were so grateful for his easygoing nature, which made us both quite comfortable during our experience here. We had an extremely short deadline to get the ring due to conflicting travels, so he rushed the sizing adjustment at no extra cost and even cleaned our promise rings for us as we shopped!     A Si: This is a nice family owned business. They have always treated me with utmost respect. Ive gone years between visits, and every member of their family remembered me, and also ask how my family is doing. They also remember past purchases Ive made. They are open about their pricing, even if they arent the cheapest in town. They dont push items, but rather work within my budget. I cant say Ive received this level of service at any other local jeweler. I cant speak for others who feel that their experiences were less than great, but do give this business a shot.

    J M: Mixed thoughts. This review is specifically for repairs and work done on existing jewelry. I have to say first that the shop is lovely, the staff are great. Weve bought items here before and thought they were of high quality, and theyve lasted for years. Its the first place I thought of when I needed a repair done, which was probably my mistake. To start with, they didnt weigh the item I brought in, which for a gold piece is extremely strange and immediately had me curious. Then they appraised the item at about $1.2k higher than its actual worth. I went with it to see what the repair would come to. They had to send the piece off site to have it done, which was also a little strange given how simple the repair was, but okay. The price they quoted ended up being about the value of the entire item if it was bought new today. That said, the repair work was prompt (for being sent off site) and high quality. Again, Ive always loved this shop so Im divided on whether it was a racket or a mistake on their part. Im glad I went through the process once to see what it would be like, but I definitely wont be doing it again. And if Im honest, we probably wont be buying anything else after that. It left a bad taste. Check it out if youre buying an original piece because they have some really cool stuff--but double check them on quotes and definitely dont use them for repairs. Solid service and product otherwise. If youre on a budget, its a no all around.
