Kathleen (who is WONDERFUL) took the platter and informed me she would ring me when it was done. Both my parents are no longer with us, and this was a special BD and that platter had a beautiful engraving to me on it. When I came to pick it up it brought tears to my eyes, the platter looked like the day I received it. Thank you for always going beyond my expectations, and letting me shop in your store. 1 /5 Will EE: The only authorized dealer for Longines and Oris in the area. Its a controlled access but no acknowledgement of my presence when I was buzzed in. Then I stood in front of the watch counter for fifteen minutes before giving up on someone coming to help me. When I went towards the door they were quick ask you want out, but never, "is there something I can help t you with." The only words exchanged were "you want out."

5 /5 Ray: I was looking for an Oris watch around Sacramento area and they are the only Authorized Dealer in town. Staff are all friendly and accommodating. Laurie helped me get my first Oris watch witch is a Cervo Volante edition. She is super friendly. I recommend this store if you are shopping for an Oris and Longines watches.

The owner (wife) who sold me the ring and also helped me with my concerns with such a great attitude and no hesitation, was super nice about my concerns, even offer me to exchange if I like. Nonetheless, I found my go to jewelry store, price may varies. Can’t beat the customer service here compare to other jewelry store and this proves the quality of her gold that she stands by on.

Paul Waters: Had an excellent shopping experience today at the Arden Kay Jewelers. Rifi and Heather were so pleasant and easy going. No hard sell, no gimmicks,. So patient with us despite having a long line of folks waiting to be served. This was the first store we looked at while shopping for an engagement ring. We visited four more stores but I ended up returning to Kay’s to purchase the ring. A store I know will be around when I need it and most likely wherever I need it. Great product, fair price and a very solid warranty made me very comfortable with this purchase. Products aside the staffing here made the experience better than the rest.
