Ram Patel There is no concept of politeness or customer service. I purchased a gold necklace, they didnt say even a thank you. I would have not hadnt it been an urgent purchase at 5:50 pm on the evening before my daughters birthday where all shops close at 6 pm. Recommend to look for some other shop.

A Khan They seem to be a little unorganized! According to Google they are open. On a Thursday around 4 pm. I called and the guy said we are closed. On Monday I called back and the same guy told me that its only by appointment and hanged up! So I called him right back to make an appointment but, no one answered Very unprofessional and unethical! Dont waste your time and money.

Misgana Sawo I don’t understand how a 22k gold would be this pale. I made it custom made with them. I emphasized that I need it to be yellowish. They did good with the design I requested. But the color is more like bronze. Disappointed! I wouldn’t recommend them for custom made gold. I have to verify the authenticity somewhere else
