5 /5 Jonathan Escalante: This is a fantastic college with many career options. Many students are able to finish successful finish trades such as nursing and physical therapy assistants. Many other students successfully transfer to CSU Sonoma, CSU Chico, and more. The campus is modern, the professors are understanding, and the education is superb. I have nothing but great things to say about this college. I recommend you come and visit, see the campus, and enroll.

1 /5 Madeline Miller: I went to this college until recently. It started out as a lovely experience. Then staff started accusing me of saying terrible things and the financial aid office is petty and refuses to work with you. Some teachers take years to remove your class from canvas, if he ever did. The teachers bring their incredibly ill children to class. The food at most campuses are vending machines stuffed with sugary snacks. I finally gave up and dropped out. I went to register at another school and was told all the untruths financial aid told me. Clubs are a joke and if you happen to join one they ignore the club and its not attended to. If this isnt enough, look at the way people spell and punctuate their replies. They still seem uneducated.

Caezar Ancayan: I stopped by this shop recently looking for vintage watches, and had a great experience. James—if I caught his name correctly—was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Even though I arrived close to closing time, he took the time to answer all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed. The shop carries a wide variety of unique items beyond jewelry—everything from records and musical instruments to vintage spoons, lamps, and framed pictures. It’s definitely a place worth browsing if you enjoy discovering eclectic finds. James mentioned that all of the watches are mechanically checked before being displayed, which was reassuring. Some models needed new batteries, but many of the mechanical ones wound up beautifully. I didn’t get to spend as much time browsing as I’d like, but I’ll definitely be back for a longer visit. A great little spot for vintage lovers and collectors alike!

JoAnn SkyWatcher: I joined The Ukiah Coop in the early 70s. Yes, Ukiah Natural Foods is still cooperatively owned. I am member number 48. I remember when it was next to the railroad tracks and it was called The Homestead Exchange. We could order fruit trees, and get staples, like brown rice at a cheaper price. When I visit Ukiah, I like to drop in to the "Coop" and see what is new or whom I might run in to. It is a great place to run into old friends if you become a regular. I love that you can buy things in bulk, and bring your own container (and keep plastic out of landfills). They have bulk honey, oils, nuts, seeds, beans, herbs and spices, and even sell shampoo, and essential oils in bulk. They have beautiful displays of organic fruit and vegetables. You can buy prepared foods and eat inside their new dining area. Or get a really great coffee drink or smoothie. If you dont live in the area, you might want to make a plan to drop by and see what you might find.

My trip yesterday to be treated for an infection on my arm was one of the most wonderful experiences I’ve had dealing with the medical profession. The two nurses that I had were Shannon and Natalie. They both were extremely kind and knowledgeable and treated me with the utmost respect. I have been back in Ukiah for the last 8 1/2 years taking care of my almost 99-year-old father. I can honestly say that yesterday Was one of the most pleasant and relaxing days I’ve had in months. Scott Engleman stopped in and said hi to me. He and his family have been friends of ours for over 60 years. I appreciate you and your staff taking such good care of me.
