Micaela Robertson: Carried a loan with lendmark for a year and 1/2 never missed a payment. I was in an accident that wasnt my fault so they were paid out by insurance. They took 300 more than what any other agenacy had noted I had owed. Provided a 10day pay out amount which was paid on the 4th day but still took the next months payment stating the payment was interest I acquired in those 4 days. My whole month payment in 4 days ...weird huh. Not to mention I have found that the interest rate provided is larger than any other auto loan in ca. Most companys stated it was an illegal rate being above 20 for an autoloan. Do your research and shop elsewhere.

Flako Valdovinos: Honestly One Main Financial isnt bad at all, i went there about 6 months ago to take out a personal loan and everything went smooth got my money right there and then. The only reason why im giving it three stars is because after taking my loan i got a call 2 weeks later saying that they needed to keep my car title and that they would give me a check with certain amount of money. To make long story short untill now i havent received a check and all they say to me is that they got a new system, that they will call me back in a certain day and never do and nobody knows how to use the system or that theyre too busy. Thats the only reason why i give it 3 stars everytime i call its something different.

Sonya Carlson: Horrible they gave me such the run around that I just told them to cancel my request for a loan and I went to pick up all my paper work cause they had to much personnel information that I feel they didn’t need for a small loan there not a real bank or credit union for them to have wanted all what they ask from me and not others that walk in there ! . When I sat there and saw people coming in with just check stubs that wasnt treated the way I was ! I felt discriminate! They need more training cause they do not know what a court legal document is as I had ! You don’t ask for a current date on a divorce document that just crazy ! Then I called there corporate office and no one has called me back ! They are very unprofessional and it seem they only cater to Spanish speaking ! I do not recommend this place to no one your better off going to check & go if you need money fast they don’t treat you this way and are super friendly !
