1 /5 Zak Allen: This facility looks great with new machines and a spacious design. However, super horrible mean girls style customer service at the front check-in desk. They were both very rude and caddy, like high schoolers. I did walk in front of a grandmother and her daughter (my bad), but there were two women at the front desk. One of them could have checked in the grandma and the other one could have assisted me. Instead, she looked up my account on June 16, 2025, around 8:00a.m.
I stopped by because I really had to pee to the point that I almost peed in my pants. I just walked from Planet Fitness on my way to Aldi, which was closed. I had to downgrade my gym membership because of life issues. I had a 24-hour fitness, a golds membership, and an L.A. fitness membership. Up until this interaction, I always thought L.A. fitness was one of the better gyms. The customer service representative even looked up my phone number to see that I was a past member before saying no. Weak. If I were a sales or an operations executive here, I would send you ladies through customer service classes. I would have been a prime new customer again. P.S. the pet store next door, petsmart was closed and the manager was kind enough to let me use the bathroom.
