The equipment is up to date, and the facility is open during early morning and late evening hours, which is perfect for people with demanding work schedules. It’s a convenient and reliable place to get a solid workout in. Specifically, Chad is an excellent employee who consistently greets guests and offers assistance. He maintains a friendly and welcoming attitude, even during the late-night and early-morning shifts. He also does a great job keeping the gym areas and equipment clean and well-maintained.

4 /5 Eman Adma: The gym had everything I needed for my workout away from home. The staff were friendly and the gym was clean. However, the gym felt a bit dated. The locker room was clean but felt like it hadn’t been upgraded in many years. Some of the weight plates were in really bad shape. There were a lot of newer machines but a shortage of free weights. I do appreciate the fact I was able to buy a combination lock($10) and that the gym is open 24 hours.

3 /5 mandy nelson: The gym itself is nice and clean but BOY the staff. Its hit or miss. Some of the employees are super nice but most are not. The girl I spoke to this morning, I simply wanted to find out what credit card I needed to update. She quickly cut me off saying I had to go to my home gym of highland. Well. I check my app once I start exercising. Rather than be so rude she simply could have said, if you check your app, youll see. And by the way girl... my home gym is actually hospitality. Where they actually are more hospitable.

4 /5 Rachael Etheridge: Lots of equipment. They have free weights, Hinged machines, cables, Assisted pull up machines, treadmills, bikes, separate areas with turf, cleaning stations and theyre not too crowded. I dont like the showers though. They take a while to heat up, theres a big hole in the drain and no secure place to put your stuff near you. I had to put my bag right outside the shower curtain with the handle inside so I could keep an eye on it. Im still going to go back. I also would like it if the staff were more consistent with greeting and saying good bye. I know, Im weird that way but its nice.
