Lii was absolutely wonderful. She didn’t rush through the process or turn me away due to the missing paperwork. Instead, she took her time to search through their records and patiently tracked down my warranty information, which I genuinely appreciated. She even went a step further and helped me create a Vault account, so I won’t have to go through this again in the future. Her attention to detail and calm, helpful attitude made the whole experience stress-free.
Julian was also a great help—he assisted with getting my ring resized and was very knowledgeable and professional. He made sure the sizing was perfect and explained the process clearly.
Both Lii and Julian took the time to tell me about current deals and promotions, which I really appreciated since I’m considering another purchase soon. Their approach never felt pushy—just informative and helpful.
Overall, I walked out of Kay Jewelers feeling taken care of. It’s rare to find such genuine, patient customer service these days. I’ll definitely be back, and this experience reminded me why I chose Kay in the first place.
