She was very helpful in looking for what I came in for and suggesting great options. But, I realized I had a necklace from DeVon’s that I had been gifted that was recently broken. I ran out and brought the necklace back in, and I was helped very quickly in having a repair order made. I then decided to purchase a ring, and she was also very helpful in that process, from sizing, to complimenting the piece and how it looks, to having a friendly off topic conversation that made me feel super comfortable in my environment.     Alex Timis: They’re ridiculously anal about returns. If you do manage to do returns they’ll basically only allow store credit. So no matter what they’ll keep your money.
