Madison Delgado: I got my ears pierced here and I believe I had an allergic reaction to the metal they pierced my ear with! I tried to replace it with another pair I purchased but resulted in my having to get the earrings removed in an urgent care! 200 dollars later plus medical fees and now I’m on antibiotics :/

We purchased part of my wedding ring set in a smaller size and needed to get it resized ASAP before our wedding. We dropped the ring off on a Wednesday and Burt’s Jewelry had it ready on Friday the day before our wedding. This isn’t the first time they’ve resized a ring for me and probably won’t be the last. We are always happy with their work.

The owner was kind enough to not charge me for the cleaning. They have a nice selection of jewelry, and I want to come back to look at their necklaces. Very nice jewelry store.
