Especially after Sharon and Renae assisted me with my purchase. These 5 stars are for the both of them. They were very kind and showed a very Loving spirit within the team. They definitely made it easy to choose my items.

2 /5 R MarKC: My sister and I visited the store to purchase matching crosses. When we walked in, we were neither greeted nor offered assistance. While one associate was helping another customer, which we completely understand another staff member was present but completely ignored us. We spent several minutes browsing, still without any acknowledgment. After about five minutes, the first associate finished assisting the other customer and finally approached us, but did so with a noticeable attitude. Unfortunately, the unwelcoming service made us uncomfortable, and we decided not to make our purchase there. Instead, we went to Zales and found what we were looking for.

So I came to the store which is really nice and they have great customer service. The employees are very friendly, and they were able to clean my jewelry and made it look brand new. The owner was kind enough to not charge me for the cleaning. They have a nice selection of jewelry, and I want to come back to look at their necklaces. Very nice jewelry store.

Other ring shops Ive been to they just dont exactly seem like they want to help me or they are too pushy to get me to spend thousands but they both listened and went about a ring to my preference and price range and talked about everything and I am very happy I stopped into Helzberg today. Karla assisted us and was incredibly kind and attentive. Although they didn’t have the ring size we needed for the next day, she did everything she could to help us. Ultimately, we had to purchase the ring elsewhere, but her outstanding customer service left a lasting impression. If I ever need to buy jewelry and I’m in the area, I would absolutely return, excellent service like that is hard to find!

They’re always the best priced, super friendly and have beautiful pieces and variety of jewelry. Last year she even opened back up at closing to help us when we just wanted to inquire if they did piercings. Great variety of starter earrings too for piercings. I would recommend anyone to give them their business if looking for jewelry or piercings in the future.
