1 /5 Danielle Baumgartner: If I could leave a no star review I would! Absolutely worst customer service experience. Manager needs to be reviewed for adequate training of her employees! If you want to leave being made to feel humiliated, harassed and uncomfortable definitely shop here!

1 /5 Carlos Lacambra: The worst customer service! The manger, Priscilla, of this store is so rude and unwilling to help. I will never shop at this store or buy any Pandora product again. Not worth being treated the way my family and I were treated. I am a 20 year loyal customer but no more!!!

They had four girls working and none of them were helpful and they didn’t want to show the charms available I asked if I could see them behind the glass and they were very rude and said they couldn’t. I regret buying my rings here on the day of the special I’ll just end up going to Ontario next time they really need some training in the customer service department!
