Sarah Rabah Yvonne had great reviews and from photos good designs. But my nails are very sloppy and the flowers are all messed up. Flowers are the easiest design too. I’m sad about it as these are my nails to a friends wedding and vacation. The flower petals are so sloppy. Look closely at the pictures.

Anthony M Yvonne is the sweetest and so efficient! Most natural acrylic I’ve ever had. Carpinteria has not had a nice quality nail salon in a long time and I’m so glad I finally don’t have to drive to Oxnard for my nails! I’ll be referring all the locals! Thanks Yvonne!

Holland Teisher I had the best experience here- Phu and Yvonne are awesome! Phu gave me the best pedicure massage of all time, and Yvonne gave me great advice regarding chrome nail colors, and shape. They spoke to me about how to maintain the healthiest nails, helped me pick out a color, etc. They took their time, they know the name of their customers, and are funny too. Five star experience for sure. Thanks!

Gisela Marroquin I had an amazing experience getting my eyelashes done by Didi. It was my first time ever having any form of artificial lashes done and she made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She checked inspiration photos and was very careful to ensure that each lash was placed correctly.

Trina Schneider The meditative space is cool (bring a light sweater) the music therapy is ethereal. You can really taste the salt in the air - it takes a breath or two to get use to it. One of the best power naps I have had in years.

Mary Schneider I had a combo Swedish and deep tissue massage with Courtney Z on Jan. 9, 2025. It was absolutely amazing~ she did an exceptional job of balancing both modalities. She addressed and treated many of the knots and aches I had which was super helpful. At the same time, I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and a bit lighter. I wish I lived in SB so I could visit the Salt caves and Courtney on a regular basis!! Definitely go and treat yourself~ you will be happy you did.

Deborah Johnson I visited while traveling thru the area on vacation. I had a great massage from Rehanna followed by a meditation session in the salt cave. It was nice to find a discount with service offered on the many spa products. If you, like me, are prone to feeling chilly when not moving around, suggest taking a throw or jacket with you when using the salt room.

The staff is super friendly and always willing to maximize promotions to ensure I’m getting the best price. Definitely consider them for your med spa needs

Arrianne Sandera 10/10 this medspa knows what they’re doing. I just my had my first of three Morpheus 8 laser treatments done and not only was the staff knowledgeable but they made the experience as comfortable as possible. I appreciated getting step by step information on the process so I knew what to expect during and after treatment. My skin has never looked better. The laser significantly helps with collagen production, elasticity and makes your skin glow. I can’t brag about this treatment enough and I’ve done many different lasers. Its results are incredible, I can’t wait to see it after all 3 treatments. Thank you MiraMed for this wonderful laser treatment and experience!

Charuwan Pichardo I wanted to get acrylic done, but Lily thought that I couldnt afford it. I believed the way dress up and asked about the price. She resisted that I should do gel nail because its less expensive. She shouldnt assume and discrimination the way people ask questions or dress up. I couldnt pay I wouldnt go there to ask the first place!!

Rhonda DuPar I really like this location for pedicures. The spa deals are good. This last time I was there during COVID, there were 2 employees, one masked and one not. There were 3 customers, decently spaced, but again 2 masked, one not. Coming from a household with an immune impaired person, I was uncomfortable. If they want to remain open, they need to insist on masks.

Erica mollo Overall, clean and good service... as years pass, the length of time spent on pedicures and manicures has decreased, which takes away from the spa like treatment. Overall, I am satisfied with nail work. Still recommend!

Dwight Butler I came here for a mani pedi which was simply amazing! Ive been a customer for a couple of years now and they have always done really good work, and Ive been totally happy. They do a really good job on your nails and are completely professional. One thing you dont have to worry about is the cleanliness. They are on top it. They are worth checking out!

Lynette Lishman I love this nail spa. The pedicures are soooo relaxing and the parrafin dip and warm booties are awesome! My feet are amazingly soft afterwards. No worries about spreading of foot fungus or infection, extremely sanitary practices. Great nail care, also.

Camtu Le Reasonable price and great quality work by Nathan. I came in for an acrylic refill and asked for almond shape and Nathan shaped them to perfection. Base price for a refill is $42 and almond shape was $5 extra. The salon is your typical mom and pop shop so nothing fancy, but I will definitely return to see him again.

Addy If I could give 0 stars for the customer services I would Nathan was so rude. I got a pedicure done buy the lady she did a good job but she didn’t greet me or said anything and at the end she left and never saw her again. The guy is the one that charge me $30 which is a good price. Instead of been a pleasant experience was a very unpleasant experience. They lost a customer never coming back.

CrossFitGirl This was the WORST pedicure experience I ever had. They don’t care what You (as the paying customer) want - they do what THEY want. I wanted a “mini” pedicure. Would have paid anything - it’s not about the money. It’s about what I want done to my feet. No dice. They insisted on doing everything & spoke in another language the entire time - to each other. SO uncomfortable - as Elaine (Seinfeld) said, you KNOW they are talking about you! To top it off, both manicurists were sick. They were wearing masks (barely), but were coughing & sneezing the entire time. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Beverly Burr Usually a good value at this nail salon in Montecito. Be sure to request your nail tech. Most of them are quite good and well-tempered. I was assigned the owner’s 70-year-old mother for my mani and pedi this time. Maybe she just needs new glasses. But for my visit she could not make contact between my cuticles and the cuticle tools, and could not see well enough to notice her filing job had left snags behind. I had to ask her to stop the mani.

Amanda Guisbond Pandora’s wouldn’t take me when I was 15 minutes late for my appointment. But Alice’s took me right away. Very nice atmosphere, gave me a water, and a lovely mani-pedi service (that looks great) using newer colors and polish. More expensive than I expected for non gel regular polish ($85 total before tip) but that’s Montecito.

ashley nicole I rarely get a pedicure; so when I actually do it, Im very excited. The woman who worked on my feet rushed it. My nails were cut extremely short (they look like stubs), one of my big toes are completely crooked, there is nail polish on my skin in multiple areas, one of my big toes is missing a good portion of nail polish. For getting the most expensive pedicure I would not only think the polish would be on my toes and not on my skin but they would also be completely covered in the polish. I was really disappointed as I only treat myself maybe every 6 months cause its so expensive...

Glam by Maryam Nozari If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Everything about my fill was awful. My nails looked awful, she made my nails so short, got them so thin that you can literally see skin, and the way she put nail polish was like a toldler put it on. Polish was all over my nails, and it took her almost 2 hours.

Deanna Zbinden They do designs I just like my nails pretty basic. Hana is amazing nails are always straight and well shaped. Hana is very friendly. Other manicurists are nice as well and the salon is very clean and organized. Price is much more fair than the nail salon polished across the street.

Gutierrez-Gupta Estefania “Stef” I recently visited Cielo Spa with a gift card my husband bought for me. While the massage and facility were beautiful and relaxing, I was very disappointed with the initial interaction. As soon as I walked through the door, Tova, asked about the “tip arrangement”. This felt very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. The worker also asked if I wanted my husband’s card to be charged or if I would pay, which I felt could have been settled after the massage. Additionally, I had to look up the cost to figure out the price and calculate the tip, which was quite annoying given that this was a gift meant for my relaxation. Unfortunately, this stress overshadowed the entire experience. I would have given this place 5 stars, location and facility are great. However, being asked for a tip as soon as I walked through the door, was very distasteful. And yes, I still left a tip, I always leave a tip, I don’t need to be harassed for one.

Gilly Schleifer I was just looking for a place to get my legs waxed during a long trip and found this place, that was cheaper than other places. I had an appointment with Jennifer and it was amazing. I have a relatively sensitive skin, and it didnt hurt a bit! She was quick but very thorough, and super nice. If I were a local that would definitely be my usual place:)

Penaloza Orquidea “brook” ZERO STARS I’m a licensed cosmetologist, and my experience here was beyond disappointing. I booked a $120 Vitamin C facial on 7/10/21, which the owner, Roxanne, claimed included a "mild" chemical peel. That was completely false. The esthetician, a blonde or light brunette woman who said she was 32, did almost nothing. She applied 8–10 hot towels, brushed on what felt like cream without explaining it, and used her fingernails to “extract” my nose—unsanitary and unacceptable. This left dents and peeling on my nose. She pretended to extract the rest of my face in five seconds and offered unprofessional advice to use coconut oil for my concerns. She didn’t wear a mask, even though the website claims staff follow safety protocols. I left with greasy skin, no improvement, and visible damage. Roxanne, train your staff, enforce sanitation, and offer services that match what you advertise. This was appalling, and I hope changes are made to prevent others from going through this.

Tiffy Lou I walked right in and they got me in a chair. A little on the pricey her side but not too bad. Nice people. Not much English. The thing I’m most impressed with is my pedicure has lasted longer than almost any pedicure I’ve ever had. The only reason I didn’t give them five stars is because I like there to be a little edge left unpainted around the nail.Like a border. They didn’t do that and brought the polish right to the edge.But that’s just my weird pickiness. So basically I’d give this place two thumbs up.
