We purchased part of my wedding ring set in a smaller size and needed to get it resized ASAP before our wedding. We dropped the ring off on a Wednesday and Burt’s Jewelry had it ready on Friday the day before our wedding. This isn’t the first time they’ve resized a ring for me and probably won’t be the last. We are always happy with their work.

5 /5 NECRO LOVE: they are a husband and wife couple that own the place and they are absolutely divine both of them are kind, great customer service and they welcome me with a smile! my family has been going to them for nearly over 20 years my mom has been with them for a very long time I do highly recommend them, We have bought jewelry from them and we have also had numerous jewelry pieces worked on no complaints at all

I want to support local businesses as well so I decided to come here to look for engagement rings. Burt and Deborah were so kind and welcoming. They gave me many, many options to choose from. They asked me for my price range and helped me figure out a ring based off the photos I brought in. I was honestly feeling nervous about buying a ring but they both helped me feel at ease and confident in my purchase. I am super happy and glad that I came here for the ring and my (now) fiancé loves her ring too. Well definitely be back again for wedding rings and I definitely recommend this location to anyone!

So I came to the store which is really nice and they have great customer service. The employees are very friendly, and they were able to clean my jewelry and made it look brand new. The owner was kind enough to not charge me for the cleaning. They have a nice selection of jewelry, and I want to come back to look at their necklaces. Very nice jewelry store.

Karla assisted us and was incredibly kind and attentive. Although they didn’t have the ring size we needed for the next day, she did everything she could to help us. Ultimately, we had to purchase the ring elsewhere, but her outstanding customer service left a lasting impression. If I ever need to buy jewelry and I’m in the area, I would absolutely return, excellent service like that is hard to find!

They’re always the best priced, super friendly and have beautiful pieces and variety of jewelry. Last year she even opened back up at closing to help us when we just wanted to inquire if they did piercings. Great variety of starter earrings too for piercings. I would recommend anyone to give them their business if looking for jewelry or piercings in the future.
