E E.Q: Went today to make a car payment @ 9:32 am 1/24/25 teller a med built lady teller on teller #2901 gave me an attitude about my bills being bent on the corners saying the machine wont read them if they’re bent & I had just came from my primary bank down the street & withdrew the amount the bills and they were Not Old bills or messy but Very neat new Bills besides couple of them be folded on tiny corners & the lady teller with med brown straight hair had THAT type of conversation with me…NOT a Hi how are you thank you for coming in what are my plans for my day or weekend I nothing like the NICE Man teller would have whenever I would go there & He was sitting next to her WISH I Had Walked TO Him!!! He is Very Friendly & Has nice friendly conversations. So IF I need to go to that one I will Tell HER I Prefer to wait for that guy & He will be worth the wait! These people are taking advantage of folks who trusted them with sensitive info. That’s dirty as hell. If you value your money and respect, stay away from SMS Services.
