I was previously assigned to an out of state agent that was not responding to any of my requests. Im so pleased from day one I called his office. His associate Arlene was pleasant to deal with over the phone. She assisted me in transfering all my insurance needs to their local office. Most recently, Barrie Sandy contacted me on a Saturday because I sent thee office an email (after hours) to insure a car I needed to add to my policy. I was so pleased he called me this morning to make sure he can assist me. Voila! All done and he sent me my new proof of insurance and copy of my new policy. I am so pleased that Barrie was able to assist me on real time. Thank you! Considering checking out this business. I highly recommend it.

    Zachary Loubier: DO NOT USE! Jeff and his team are the most incompetent people Ive ever worked with. My mortgage switched servicers earlier in the year, which requires updating the insurance policies. 8 months later, when the policies were being renewed, I received notices that they were being canceled due to non-payment because Jeff and his team never updated the policies. After notifying Jeff, he only updated 1 of my 2 policies, leaving the other one to lapse. Now 2 months later, Ive had to make 2 separate last minute payments to keep my policy in force, and Im still having to call the insurance companies and my servicer directly myself to handle all the changes, because Jeff and his team cannot handle the only job they have. I would never recommend this agency to anyone and if you are considering them, Id advise you look elsewhere.
