Ive been with them for years, but my first accident happened last year, (hit on the back right wheel by a car perpendicular to me) and Ric Small took all kinds of time with me, reassuring me, and handled my claim in a timely manner. I like him, his office staff, not just this one incident, but through the years with paperwork problems, etc. they bend over backwards to be helpful in every way. This is what an insurance agency SHOULD be like, but seldom is.

The automatic payment on her homeowners stopped but the auto payment remained. She received no notices of cancellation for nonpayment. Most importantly, Walt (her agent of over 30 years) NEVER called her to see what the problem was. She was a widow over 80 years old, and he couldnt be bothered to help her. Walt is an absolute disgrace. He doesnt care about his clients. He only cares about his commission.
