After my mother passed away, we discovered that she unknowingly had been without homeowners insurance for several years. The automatic payment on her homeowners stopped but the auto payment remained. She received no notices of cancellation for nonpayment. Most importantly, Walt (her agent of over 30 years) NEVER called her to see what the problem was. She was a widow over 80 years old, and he couldnt be bothered to help her. Walt is an absolute disgrace. He doesnt care about his clients. He only cares about his commission.
