I was previously assigned to an out of state agent that was not responding to any of my requests. Im so pleased from day one I called his office. His associate Arlene was pleasant to deal with over the phone. She assisted me in transfering all my insurance needs to their local office. Most recently, Barrie Sandy contacted me on a Saturday because I sent thee office an email (after hours) to insure a car I needed to add to my policy. I was so pleased he called me this morning to make sure he can assist me. Voila! All done and he sent me my new proof of insurance and copy of my new policy.
