5 /5 Dan: Stopped in for something to eat and got a crispy spicy chicken sandwich with potato salad. It was very good. The chicken was juicy and lots of flavor. The Grill opens on Thursday for meals, would like to stop in at The Grill next time.

4 /5 Steve Babcock: Gas price was much higher than i expected for a casino gas station. Restaurant food was good. Slot machines were really good at taking your money. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. RV parking was hard to locate

AREG: The bed was one of the most comfortable Ive slept on. The pillows could use an upgrade. Service at the check in desk and the restaurant was friendly. The mini bowling was pretty fun. Clean, comfortable place to stay while visiting family in the area.

Diamond Mountain Casino & Hotel - Susanville

Ska Bob: We first came here because they have the only EV fast chargers within 100 miles. Took a look around it liked the selection of old games. The chargers did work fine for us and we came back a week later to stay at the casino. The casino has some great older games not available in Reno anymore. The downside is their cashless card machines are a pain to use, do it in the wrong order and you have to wait 5 minutes for a hand pay even if its $18. If they switch to normal ticket in ticket out machines we would come back again but probably wont otherwise. But the restaurant has good prices and we got great service although its shared with the bar and has smoking but was fine when were ate there. We got a room and its clean and they do have WiFi throughout the property, another review said it did not.

Deborah Straight: I enjoyed the visit here while visiting a friend in so cal area. Expected to go and lose or put everything back in. But I actually left with more than I came with. The slots hit well and I was impressed. If I lived out here, I would probably attend regularly. Very clean, and well kept for the most part.

Maria Diaz: Very nice casino. Was crowded when I went but nonetheless there were alot of slot machines available to play. Fast drink service and convenient that you can place a digital order on slot machine and see the status of your order. Enjoyed my evening there. Very helpful and friendly rewards center staff.

The rooms were spotless, the lobby felt welcoming, and the whole vibe was relaxing. But what really stood out to me was the front dest guy, Mr. Johnny. He was so kind, respectful, and professional. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel like a valued guest. He answered all my questions with patience and a smile, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. It’s rare to come across customer service like that these days—he truly made the experience feel special. If you’re planning a trip, I highly recommend staying here. Great atmosphere, clean space, and thanks to Johnny, some of the best service I’ve ever had at a hotel.
