5 /5 XD_Rahmanシ: I recently stayed at The Commerce Hotel and was honestly so impressed. The entire place is super clean and beautiful—you can tell they take pride in keeping everything well-maintained. The rooms were spotless, the lobby felt welcoming, and the whole vibe was relaxing. But what really stood out to me was the front dest guy, Mr. Johnny. He was so kind, respectful, and professional. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel like a valued guest. He answered all my questions with patience and a smile, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. It’s rare to come across customer service like that these days—he truly made the experience feel special. If you’re planning a trip, I highly recommend staying here. Great atmosphere, clean space, and thanks to Johnny, some of the best service I’ve ever had at a hotel.

5 /5 Sylvia Guzman: Good food, good drinks and a fun atmosphere. We had stayed several times Johnny at reception has always been friendly and welcoming. The bartenders are always fun and give good service. Unfortunately I don’t remember the name of our bartender last night, he was a young man, dark complexion.with glasses and hair in a bun…very polite and the he was a professional bartender. We will continue to be frequent visitors.

5 /5 Victor Nunez Jr.: The reason for my visit. I just got out of the hospital due to a foot iinfection. I just needed to get out of the house so I came to the Commerce Casino & Hotel. I became a Players Card member for free. Decided to book a room with the help of Abraham, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He got me a room with wheelchair accessibility. The room was spacious and I was able to move about the room in my wheelchair. One of the nights I forgot my room key and Johnny was very helpful and getting me another key. His customer service was superb. I also dealt with Julissa. She was nice, helpful and thoughtful. I also got to play black jack, Texas hold"em, and other card games. The dealers were nice and cool too. I also got to eat at Mr. Banks Diner. Clam chowder was delicious. Breakfast was also delicious including the Steak & Eggs and 2 x 2 x 2. Otherwise, my short stay was sweet and fun. Im definitely coming back.

2 /5 Jullie M.: This place is a fire hazard. The poker chairs are too close together if there were ever an emergency, you would not be able to exit safely. You cannot even walk behind someone to get to your seat. Its LA and a lot of players are rude and curse and the floor supervisors dont hold anyone accountable.
