3 /5 Jeremy Sherington: The hotel and casino are decent, but the valet service is a weak spot. Some of the staff come off as rude, and I’ve even seen them slap cars while parking. That’s not what you expect when you’re trusting someone with your vehicle. Also the rooms have some strange odor.
For a place that markets itself as high-end, the valet team should be trained to treat both guests and their cars with more professionalism and respect.
