Micah was great-- he was flexible with what we wanted to do and was teaching people to play and making suggestions for certain hands. Our second dealer was nice, kind and was helpful as well. We had a great time at the holiday party and it was due, in large part, to the dealers (the other part was wine). They provided an experience that we haven’t had before and it was a lot of fun. Charlotte T: My sister booked for our girls’ trip to attend the labyrinth masquerade ball. The lobby with cool decor offers fresh water to guests and a small snack bar for purchase. The rooms were cute but a bit dusty, including the air return and the coffee maker. The air unit glass was shattered but working fine. The hot water however was a different story. It’s a tall building that wasn’t at capacity Wednesday & Thursday so our water took awhile to travel to the 9th floor. After my 15 minute shower it still was not HOT as I would like . The weekend was better. So just run the water for a bit before you get in. Also there was noticeable hair in the shower above and around the provided shampoo & after finding and earring under the sink I really questioned their cleaning procedures. Furthermore the couch was noticeably worn. I would recommend to assess and take photos when you arrive to avoid them questioning your deposit. We didn’t have a problem. There is a Starbucks downstairs and a firehouse subs up the block around the corner. One more block over is a larger food court with a great selection and a Target. I recommend El Patron or Dublin’s another block up.

After the reopening outdoors, the casino had to close at 6 am, by the way, the food service is very limited. Now there are isolated good tables, so many hand sanitizers anywhere, social distancing rules, and face mask rules. The food service is better now, you can go to the center 777 bar, they have good food service 24/7, coffee and tea for only 50 cents. When you need help, don’t hesitate to ask any employee in the house, they would help you any way. Have fun in Hawaiian Gardens Casino!

Curtis Murphy: CJ and Alan and their whole team of dealers really delivered a special and entertaining evening party at our conference event for our guests. We had six blackjack tables, roulette, craps, and a poker table, and they were full with participants the entire time just having a blast. CJ also helped me do a raffle of five gifts to make things more exciting and keep people playing more. We will most likely be doing this again next year with Ace High bringing the fun.
