2 /5 Shane Thomas Laucher- Padilla: A good portion of the staff is quite rude. Most of the hotel staff is not kind, except for the young woman with glasses at the front desk. The managers are rude. No wifi when we were there. The carpets were dirty, especially in our room. There was trash in our trash can from the last person which leads us to believe our room was no cleaned right. The room was tight. Tried to get coffee downstairs but one of the workers said they do both jobs at certain times, but didnt want to come over to help me. Just hella rude. I dont understand. I went into the casino to try to get a drink. I wanted rum & coke, but the bartender just wanted to serve me beer. Anything over than a beer with the local bros was too much for her. I got eye rolls. I saw her do it to a couple of other people ordering actual drinks, compared to her delight when someone just got a beer. I was like ya know, never mind..

4 /5 Ska Bob: We first came here because they have the only EV fast chargers within 100 miles. Took a look around it liked the selection of old games. The chargers did work fine for us and we came back a week later to stay at the casino. The casino has some great older games not available in Reno anymore. The downside is their cashless card machines are a pain to use, do it in the wrong order and you have to wait 5 minutes for a hand pay even if its $18. If they switch to normal ticket in ticket out machines we would come back again but probably wont otherwise. But the restaurant has good prices and we got great service although its shared with the bar and has smoking but was fine when were ate there. We got a room and its clean and they do have WiFi throughout the property, another review said it did not.

1 /5 Tedd Brandon: When you first walk into the hotel to check in, you are immediately overcome with the smoke from the casino. Doors are wide open and smoke freely passes into the check in area. Was told that it never reached the room and while we were placed on the 3rd floor, we thought we would be safe. Nope, smelled just as bad there as it did downstairs. Three days later and my sinuses have still not returned to normal. Never again

5 /5 Carlin Hauer: The staff was courteous and polite. The hotel room was clean however because the governor Gavin Newsom, the taxes are incredibly high it was half as much again what it cost for the room for taxes.

3 /5 Miki Nage: Its ok sometimes they have good games but when the new games seam to be winning to much for their taste they change the game with less grilles and it becomes disappointing what was a fun game into a dull one . They took away the fountain station and now you have to wait for some one to eventually come by to offer you service to set a tiny cup of too much iced soda That is IF they do come by Why not have a person walk around with a cart bottle soda cups and ice going to the customers with snacks from the snack bar I bet you would sell a hell alot more Besides .soda is cheep
