5 /5 Veronica Suarez: Don’t judge a book by its cover , this branch is truly one of the best ! with the best staff :) The branch is super clean, which is so nice to see. My transaction was fast and easy, Adolfo Garcia was very attentive , very helpful,very informative and most importantly treated me with respect and kindness. I’ll continue to choose this location for all my future Citi Bank transactions :)

1 /5 Mr. Hernandez: By far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WITHIN THE BANK INSTITUTION!! DO NOT EVER!! OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THESE PEOPLE YOU CANT EVEN GET ON THE PHONE OR IN BRANCH SERVICE WITH THEM WANTING TO ACTUALLY HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS THEY DO IT FOR THEIR CHECK ND THATS IT. MY BIGGEST REGRET OPENING AND DEPOSITING A CHECK HERE. ITS BEEN A living NIGHTMARE!!!!
