Matt Martin I was with a different Farmers agent/agency/business when Jesse acquired them. He called me personally when I was about to be late for a payment to my California Fair Plan, which I get administered through Famers somehow. My regular Farmers insurance is all on auto payment, but not CFP because theyre part of the government and therefore strive to be as difficult as possible. CFP would have dropped me from my plan if I didnt make the payment that day. Jesse saved me and got my payment over the phone. Im pretty sure CFP never sent me a bill... they did send me several notices that said "this is not a bill". I was looking out for the bill because I knew it was due soon and wasnt sure how to pay. CFP probably screwed this up, but luckily Jesse had my back. Highly recommended. Very personable guy.

Amanda Bryant Super disappointed with Jesse. Yes, he is a very "nice" person. Seemed extremely helpful when purchasing our home 2 years ago. Unfortunately being "convincing" & "kind" isnt always who is in it for YOUR FAMILIES best interest. We where first time home buys and came directly to Jesse with a concern this January on a potential claim.. this was a phone call made (not an email in writing, lesson learned) he informed us that even if an inspector comes to our home we would NOT be affected if we were to cancel the claim... farmers inspector came out said we should have NEVER had him come because it was so minor and that we need to cancel it, in hopes this doesnt affect us moving forward. Long story short, we are now forking out thousands of dollars due to Jesses TERRIBLE recommendation and have been kicked off of Farmers insurance. As our family is praying to find a new insurance company at a low cost due to his advice, I emailed him to ask for the canceled claim information and let him know how disappointed I am with everything... he does NOT even acknowledge his part in all this and sends me a 1-800 #... mind you we are still HIS clients currently and with that said, this is not an agent that will go above and beyond for you and your family. Would definitely NOT recommend!
