1 /5 Christine Bowden: Come here if you want bad customer service. I am new to the area and I was looking for a bank account that would suit my needs. Id never banked with Chase before but I heard good things about it so I was willing to give them a try. Because I hadnt made an appointment, I had to wait 20 minutes for an available banker. I had no problem waiting. However, the poor customer service I received was not worth the wait. I explained my situation to the banker, Maria, so she could set me up with the best bank account that would suit my needs. Instead of her giving me her professional opinion, she scoffed at the questions I had about different types of bank accounts. And to make matters worse, she checked her phone in the middle of our meeting and made me feel like I wasnt worth her time. I was trying to put my money into this establishment, but I guess they dont want my business that bad. Save yourself the headache and go ANYWHERE else.
