1 /5 Music Lee: The lady with the gray hair at the front desk needs to learn whom she’s talking to, She was beyond rude. Thankfully I found out who she is and I’m going to teach her some manners. She must of forgot she works in a small town where everyone knows each other.

5 /5 Sarah Reingold: i love coming in here and seeing friendly faces! all of the girls who work in the front are always so friendly and nice and make sure i am taken care of! i come in here about 2-3 times a week before i go to work and they always make sure to make my transaction quick as i am usually late to work. thank you!!

1 /5 carmella bolin: Bank manager won’t do her job, won’t get on the phone to help get my money out of a hold. Bills are collecting fees now. Staff was talking about us with other staff and listening to the conversation. We had no privacy. Bank manager wouldn’t get out of her chair to speak with me. Wanted to talk over employees and clients so they could hear what was going on.

1 /5 Nimrod: Needed emergency surgery for my dog and the branch manager at chase bank ukiah would not release the funds from my check or call corporate to help with the issue. She suggested I wait 9 days for the check to clear an extended hold. My dog didnt have 10 days. I had to call corporate chase and get the funds released myself. What is the point of a branch manager if not to help make the company run smooth. I have been a member of chase bank for many many years and never had any problems. Then when I got my check cleared thru corporate she said she was closing my accounts because she didnt like my attitude. Im not sure if she can do that legally

1 /5 Christine Bowden: Come here if you want bad customer service. I am new to the area and I was looking for a bank account that would suit my needs. Id never banked with Chase before but I heard good things about it so I was willing to give them a try. Because I hadnt made an appointment, I had to wait 20 minutes for an available banker. I had no problem waiting. However, the poor customer service I received was not worth the wait. I explained my situation to the banker, Maria, so she could set me up with the best bank account that would suit my needs. Instead of her giving me her professional opinion, she scoffed at the questions I had about different types of bank accounts. And to make matters worse, she checked her phone in the middle of our meeting and made me feel like I wasnt worth her time. I was trying to put my money into this establishment, but I guess they dont want my business that bad. Save yourself the headache and go ANYWHERE else.
